Cowher next Giants Head Coach?
Could Bill Cowher take over for current New York Giants coach Tom Coughlin in 2008? Former Steelers running back Jerome Bettis certainly thinks so.
“He’ll be coaching next year, and I really think he’ll be coaching in New York,” Bettis told the NFL Network. “That’s just my take on it and thinking about the type of teams that he fits in good with, I think the Giants is definitely one.”
I agree with you Jerome, Cowher does sound like a perfect fit for the Giants. I don’t see them doing anything in the playoffs with Coughlin running things but with Cowher they instantly become a Super Bowl Contender.
It has also been Rumored that Cowher may be interested in coaching for the Redskins, Browns, or Panthers.
